not enough living space in brooklyn?? Architects are the new heros of real estate (?) thinking of crafty ways to pack people into boxes! Mezzanine floors are a must this season! What a crafty way to create substandard living spaces...on the blueprints these mezzanine floors are shown as "storage spaces" but sold on the hush-hush as converted living spaces!
before taking such drastic measures has anyone considered the possibility of a Bronx revival???? dont be scared.
