could be a colin powell look-a-like frenzy party

Colin Powell is a shining example of a leader who says I am the chef here! this is how you manage.. atleast thats what my subconscience mind transcribed onto a piece of paper in my Managing Public Service Organizations class. He looks mean..people are scared of him (on left). Some people with chestnut hats dont mind so much because they are attending a somber party. but mostly, Colin is stoic and speaks to management. maybe he should have been head of OMB (oops on bush's part!)
